"Used to visit this office regularly for our children’s ENT needs. Going to have to start looking elsewhere. They changed management a couple years ago and the difference has definitely been noticed. They seem to care about money more than anything now. We were charged $100 for our daughter to be seen for a consultation for tubes on an ear infection that she had almost a month prior and had already resolved itself because their scheduling is outrageous. Consultation itself couldn’t have last for more than maybe five minutes. Doctors and medical staff are incredibly nice. Administrative staff was easy to work with as well. The deductibles are insane though and make this place not worth frequenting as a patient."
