"Reilly has been an amazing therapist. She has helped me a ton and I can tell she genuinely cares about me. My experience with her has been great."

"Because of my medical history I was denied services even after explicitly stating that my health was resolved. I wanted a consultation of a single appointment and they denied me because of a history resolved more than 2 years ago. They also delete intake notes and misconstrued information. Between them and the BYU CAPS there is an issue of putting off students who are seeking help until they reach a breaking point. They did offer a list of referrals, but past experience has taught me that not only were they not accessible referrals, they are outdated as well."

"I saw two different therapists who both seemed to have little grasp of the issues I was dealing with and didn't always listen well. One did more harm than good. I've had great experiences with therapists from LDS Family Services in other cities. It's really a shame that this wasn't the case here."

"I absolutely LOVED my therapist! I'm completely fine with being recorded to help the students learn. That's disclosed to you when you begin, so the person complaining about privacy really doesn't have a stone to throw. You are told up front that this is a clinic for post graduate students to LEARN, but also help. I couldn't wait each week to see my therapist! She was my saving grace. She was perfect for me. I needed her so badly! The hard part was when she moved on. I want to go back undoubtedly, I just haven't yet because I loved her so so much! I'm not young, and she was older than me so I felt that she could get me better than a young kid. They also helped my son whom has Down syndrome, when he went through an extremely traumatic time. He's so good now! They were fantastic! My husband just got out of prison, so we're definitely looking to go together. I will absolutely go back and have referred the clinic to dozens of people! It's exactly what I need(ed)! Thank you to all that were involved with my family and me!"

"They claim it is confidential but the people who listen to the recordings talk about it with other people, at the very least they are not discreet and have little respect for your privacy. If you want are willing to sacrifice privacy then this place is otherwise pretty good. They treat other people's problems as a joke and assume the people they mention things too won't have any other relationship with their clients. Well, things have a way of coming back and I am disgusted that they couldn't respect me enough to stay discreet and courteous to me and my family."
