"ONE star for having missing the correct address. I’m driving all over the waterpark and nothing. Or have arrows pointing to the entrance? I’m edit this review once I exit this place. *UPDATE: 5 stars for a great service."

"Amazing staff and incredible service. I had concerns on what kind of therapist I’d be comfortable talking to and those were taken into consideration and I was met with the perfect fit for me!"

"At first they were great. The actual doctor Kelsey is amazing but if you want to be belittled by her nurse this is the place. No consideration for anyone but them. Accusing me of lying about meds and other things. I've missed appointments ( zoom) for work issues and she treated me poorly. Lost all respect for them due to one staff member. By the way she told me to find a new dr for my son!!! I will never reccomend this place ever again due to Elaine. Poor excuse for a nurse."

"I’ve come here for myself and my children and know others as well and all of pure experience has been the same with different therapists. Lack of knowledge, lack of communication, lack of follow through. No take home skills or tips. I took my son here for over a year, starting at 3, and then again at 7. He saw 2 different therapists. I kept asking if he had autism. And they kept saying no and giving him play therapy despite no change. I advocated so many times with them to try something else but they would agree verbally and then keep doing the same thing in sessions. Finally I asked my pediatrician and she said she thought he was autistic. So with her referral I got him a reputable psych evaluation elsewhere and within 5 minutes that therapist said, “yes he’s definitely autistic. It’s very obvious.” And he proceeded to test him for severity. Even though this is the only place in my network I won’t waste another minute here. I pay out of pocket or don’t go, because my time is valuable."
