"I've been coming here for years but I'm feeling so defeated now. My doctor was amazing but the front desk staff needs some retraining."
"No surprise they have such a low rating, what a terrible place to deal with! Showed up with perfectly good insurance and was told because they don't like that insurance company they couldn't help me at all. Of course the appointment was set up months in advance and we were just turned away with a flick of a wrist even though we've been there prior. Simply because the new insurance (which is absolutely valid) isn't the same company. Go anywhere else unless you're prepared to be mistreated. (Or not treated at all). ###### follow up ###### The insurance company called the front desk staff and was lied to and told that we weren't turned away and that they do accept our insurance. Go anywhere else these people are a joke."
"Their billing SUCKS!!!!!!! They are extremely difficult to get a hold of, incredibly irresponsible, very unprofessional. I will NEVER in my life go back to this place. It took literally 6 MONTHS to figure out the claim. RUN while you can!!!!! I am extremely unhappy about this place. I will NEVER recommend anyone to come here!"
"I love Dr. Drew! She always remembers who I am and my little daughter who's often with me. I've been seeing her for just over 2 years and feel like she's very easy to talk with and that she listens to me. The staff are patient and friendly. I also appreciate the ambiance of the office, very well decorated. It's nice going to an office that's more grown up than the pediatricians I see on the regular for the kids ;) but don't worry, there are fun children's books for the littles too in both the waiting room and doctor's office. Overall great experience so far!"
"We loved Dr Myers' good care of our family for many years and were sad when he stopped practicing. We transitioned to the other doctors and haven't skipped a beat. Great experiences with Dr Harkness and Dr Anderson. Recently, Dr Anderson stopped by our house on his way home on a Friday evening; they hadn't been able to reach us and wanted to make sure we got labs and a prescription before a long weekend. A house call? Who does that?! These guys truly care about their patients."
