"I had a 10:20 new patient appointment with Dr. Raja. After arriving 15 minutes early at 10:05am with the paperwork printed and completed as asked, they took my vitals and sent me back out to wait in the lobby. They said Dr. Raja would come get me from his office in 10 minutes, “fifteen at the most.” Finally at 10:45 they let me know that Dr. Raja was not only not in his office, he was not in the building at all, and he would not be attending my appointment. They knew he was ill and did not tell me until he finally called in on the way to my appointment, well after 10:20 am. So they took my vitals without telling me he was ill and not in the building, making it seem like he was there but just running late. Then, they couldn’t find me a new patient appointment for a full month after today. In total, they wasted two hours of my half day off work, my gas, and really made me think my doctor was there to see me when they knew he was ill and there was a chance he wouldn’t make it in at all."

"The provider I saw did not seem to have the time or interest in genuinely listening to me. I read my appointment notes afterwards due to how I felt leaving the office ( left feeling more hopeless and low and unable to hold back my tears while making my recheck appt ). The notes did not reflect what I was saying during the appointment, she had been typing the entire time missing the whole point of what I was saying and just typing key words she was hearing. She had cut me off multiple times while I was expressing significantly vulnerable feelings. I was disappointed as I have struggled to find a provider that can help me. I give grace to this provider and wish her well but wanted to leave a review for others who are not in a headspace to have the capability to handle this."

I've had to call several time because of some confusion with appointments. The front office staff has always been fantastic and very friendly. This clinic is helping me get my life back! "Two times in the last year I found out that my telehealth appt. was Canceled the day of.. I would find out when I called the office because no one was joining the call. They didn’t Evan care to re-schedule. This could be real bad for someone that was not in a good place. It’s pretty sad that the place that is supposed to help you with anxiety makes it 10x worse!"
