"Due to increased shoulder pain, I called TOSH for a possible appointment with an orthopedic specialist. I was told there was a walk-in clinic where I could be seen at any time, no appointment needed. That was pretty shocking itself! I went right in and was seen within 5 minutes. X-rays were taken, again, within minutes, and Cory met with me right after. He was efficient, positive, and knowledgeable. He suggested PT first, then other procedures as needed. Within one day, the PT office called to set up my first appointment. The entire process was quite amazing. No waiting for weeks and weeks to even be seen. Very impressive!"

"I went to the Walk-In Clinic. Very well organized. I saw Samuel Richards, PA. My concerns were addressed and explained in a very clear manner. He was kind and showed compassion for my situation. I received a quite painless cortisone injection in my knee. He was helpful in that he said he would escalate my case through the proper channels. Highly recommend."
