"Dr David Yoon has a horrible bedside manner. He walked in to see me and without even an examination and made a diagnosis. He advised me I had shingles. I showed him what I thought to be a bug bite. He then wanted to know why I had a brace on my wrist and that may be the cause of a bug bite on my back ??? After interrupting me several times I asked him please allow me one minute to explain my symptoms. He concluded that in fact it was a spider/bug bite and prescribed an antibiotic. I couldn’t get out there fast enough. I will travel miles out of my way to seek medical attention elsewhere in the future."

"The staff were great, but irritated that I went in for a strep test which they chose not to do. The next morning I called (less than 24 hours from the first visit) to see if I could still get a strep test because my symptoms were worse. They said sure but I would have to pay the $45 co-pay again - that is WRONG! I'm giving 1 star because I do not agree with corporate policies and question the philosophy "patients first". This does not reflect that the staff were great and should get the 5 star rating"

"Went in for a chest congestion, sinus pressure/pain, Body aches and swollen Bloodshot eyes that were dripping green goo. They were burning and itchy. Provider was cold. I tried to tell her what I was experiencing and she didn’t seem interested. Instead of listening, she said its the virus everybody has. She went on to say that she was going to send medication to The closest 24 hour pharmacy. Which is all the way in West Valley, I go there and she sent over Mucinex, which is over-the-counter and nose spray that I could’ve also got over-the-counter. Eyedrops were supposed to be sent Because I had an eye infection bad enough that my eyes were sticking together because my eyelashes had So much infection on them. They weren’t sent. I followed up in the morning and The only person that seemed slightly concern About how sick I was, was the receptionist. They did end up calling in eye drops. I followed up with a different provider and was given antibiotics for a sinus/respiratory infection and I am improving."

"Was in today for a leg problem. Was my first time being there. The gal at the front that checked me in was super cool. Wait time was short getting back. Nurses were very kind and thorough. Dr Hunt was great! X-ray guy was very friendly. Sucks going to hospital but these guys made it much more bearable. Thank you!"
