"Came down with a bad chest cold while on ski vacation in the Cottonwoods. Decided I needed help when I couldn't stop coughing and heard fluid in my lungs. This Urgent Care was covered by my out-of-state BlueCross BlueShield insurance. Glad I picked this location. Only had to wait about an hour to be seen on a Thursday evening. Entire staff- the receptionist, nurse, and provider were friendly and efficient. The online check-in process was easy. They immediately tested me for flu, strep throat, and COVID. Waited another 15 minutes for results. Turned out I had COVID :( They prescribed a bunch of cough and cold medicines to help me breathe. I felt like I got excellent care here. Would highly recommend."

"Had to go for a work related injury. Although the wait was long the first time, I did hear multiple times about the online check-in, which I used for my follow-up visit. That option is so convenient and helpful to curb waiting time in the building. The receptionist was calm, nice and helpful to every single patient that walked through the door. Both physicians were funny but also straight to the point, listened and made sure I was comfortable and in agreement with the decisions made, helped me out and got me on my way to healing. I really appreciate this clinic and their staff. Great job all around."
