"We sent our daughter there a few years ago and she liked the therapist, but then stopped going after just a few months and felt she wasn’t getting anything. More recently, my sister started sending a couple of her kids and saying how nice everyone was and they seemed to be helping so I thought maybe just see a different therapist. My experience from there is just infuriating. I didn’t feel they cared at all. We took in my niece from a bad situation. She is definitely troubled and we really need help. We called and they couldn’t take the Medicaid because it was for another county, which was fine, but the receptionist was cold and seemed annoyed. So we got the Medicaid situation changed and it would go into effect October 1. We thought we would call to see if we could get her in and pay cash first appointment, but she said it was too expensive and we should wait. So we called back the first Monday in October and were told it’s a 3 month wait. And then she added it’s a problem that my nieces are going there. If the wait was 3 months, why couldn’t they have put us on the list when we knew the Medicaid would be set up? They were basically making excuses not to help. The one receptionist seems really bothered to do that job."

My daughter looks forward to therapy, and I’ve seen her use the tools that Lindsey has taught her! We needed to switch to online therapy and that is working out well too."

"Therapy is a hard thing to bring yourself to need, let alone when it involves your kids. Since the day we started attending here the staff has been friendly and accommodating, whether we needed to go online or rearrange schedules due to a job change. The individual therapists have been great and I have noticed a lot of growth from everyone attending."
