"Do not, I repeat Do NOT go here!! When they were Oasis Infusion, they were great!! Clean, highly trained staff, that were friendly and knowledgeable. Loved it!! Since being bought by Omnicare, it’s been utter HELL, an absolute joke. Filthy, rude, no one takes responsibility, they are for profit and gouge their prices, Nurse practitioners and other staff dropping like flies because they “ are being asked to do things that would make them lose their livenses” (told to me by MULTIPLE NP’s) Do not ever go to a place that Option Care Health is associated with it. So many people have quit, there is now not enough nurse practitioners to keep places open or to give specialty IVIG medications and now they do not provide IRON infusions at all!! IRON!! What infusion center doesn’t provide Iron infusions?! Oh, it just doesn’t make $$. It gets worse! For money reasons, THEY switched my specialty IVIG medication to another type, which made me sick. So, my Dr told them I must have the first kind. Since then, I have not been able to get an appt or get my meds!! They have continuously played the blame game - blaming the dr, then the insurance company, but the dr and insurance co have both approved EVERYTHING - it’s a major joke and in the meantime, I have not had my monthly IVIG transfusions for almost 3 MONTHS due to their ineptness of running a business!!! Horrible communication, high turnover and lack of professionalism, Filthy Dirty - I wish I could give them negative stars!! Trying to change infusion places now, because #1 they don’t do Iron and #2 which should be #1, THEY ARE A JOKE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! EVER!!"

"I never write reviews. I ditto everything said. This was bought out and it is less expensive to just pay out of pocket and get a concierge iv at your home. They don’t care about their patients anymore and are disorganized and will charge you over 200 dollars with insurance and say it is the nurse checking on you. (Which you do not need). I am so disappointed bc I loved Wasatch infusion before they got bought out. Always has a good vibe, straight forward and The setting was clean etc. Now it is not even worth the hassle. For profit companies in America preying on vulnerable people are really sick is truly sad and honestly cruel and I wish it hadn’t been bought out. Try other concierge services. Won’t be able to go through insurance but it still was cheaper for me and it came to my home."

"I have been going to Wasatch since its inception. My procedure takes 4-6 hours, and initially, it was a great place to visit with a knowledgeable, friendly staff and a personal touch. However, after the transition to Omnicare, this place is awful...horrible communication, high turnover and lack of professionalism. I wish I could give them negative stars. I am currently looking for a new IV center...absolutely brutal! Due to their incompetence and lack of patient care my health is at risk from receiving my medically necessary IVIG on time."

"If anyone needs to get an IV infusion or anything DO NOT go through any company that has Option Care Health associated with it. They will tell you that you owe a certain amount and then afterwards charge you a lot more and there is nothing they will do about it or that you can do about it! Last year I needed to have two iron Infusions before I had some surgery done. I have been to Wasatch Infusion several times over the years for my iron Infusions and have never had to pay over $100 for them. Well Option Care Health bought Wasatch Infusion. Before I went in I was told before insurance it would be $165.58 per visit. The most I would have ever have had to pay. When I went for my first infusion the paperwork I signed said that it again would be $165.58 per infusion which was $139.32 for the Nurse charge and $26.26 for the actual infusion. After I had already had the infusions I was billed $139.32 for the Nurse fee and $183.81 for the iron infusion! That is $323.13 per infusion which is almost twice as much per visit then what I was told I had to pay! I tried calling to ask about it and was hung up on twice and the third phone call the lady I talked to couldn't explain to me why I was charged more then I was told, she then said she needed to talk to her supervisor and hung up on me. I tried going into the office and there was no one there I could talk to about it. They said they would email someone to talk to me about it and no one ever did. I tried emailing their billing and financial department about it and again nothing! Option Care Health is fraudulently lying to the customers and then over billing them! They should be shut down!"

"I visited Wasatch Infusion earlier this year after my doctor had referred me. It took several weeks before I was booked because the gal at the office told me they were first running it through both of my insurance plans. After those two weeks she told me that it wouldn't be covered by either policy since I hadn't reached my deductible for either one. Fair enough. I got on the schedule knowing I'd be paying out of pocket. Before the first infusion they gave me a packet of information and forms to sign, one of which was the breakdown for all of the costs for the full treatment, which was 3 infusions total. They had me sign this form and gave me a copy so I knew I'd be paying $286 for each, for a total of $858. I received my first infusion - the staff was lovely and the facilities were clean and comfortable. At the end of this I paid the first installment of $286. When I returned for my second and third infusions they didn't have my pay anything, which I thought was weird, but whatever. Well, fast-forward several months and I'm getting a bill for $1700. Almost double what they told me. I call the billing number and a very nice lady helps me. It turns out that they hadn't run it through my insurance until after my infusions and they had only run it through my primary insurance, not my secondary. So now I'm waiting on this. But this is completely unprofessional to confirm that it had been run through my insurance first when it hadn't and then tell me how much it was going to cost - only to bill me for double. And not even take into account the amount I'd already paid! I'd be really careful going here since it seems like they're not organized and are dishonest. It's unfortunate as otherwise this place is great."
