"Honestly I liked this place when I started going a year ago. I started having issues a little over a month ago and got rubbed the wrong way by my experience. First, I told my practitioner that I didn’t like that my meds wore off by the end of the work day and I was told that that’s just how they work. I have been told since then that I have options for medication. Second, I was 11 minutes late for an appointment and told they didn’t have time to take me and I would need to reschedule. I understand I was late and that was my issue, however, they absolutely could have taken me still and I was bugged because I walked in 10 minutes late and by the time the receptionist walked over to greet me I was 11 minutes late and 10 minutes is their cut off. I was told they need 30 min for med visits. I just found that hard to believe since when I got there on time I waited in the lobby for at least 5 minutes before going back and 1 minute later I was leaving the office. Without fail my whole time spent in office was less than 10 minutes so they absolutely could have given me the 1 min grace period and still had me out in time for the next client. I understand it’s their policy, it was just annoying and since I was having a hard time scheduling with them in the first place and they wouldn’t let me do a telehealth appointment I was frustrated. When they told me they were moving even further away I was done and found a new dr to go to."

"I have used this place for two years, and every single telehealth appointment I have made their website doesn’t work. The only way to reset a password is to call them. And if they don’t answer, you go to voicemail. I had a telehealth appointment, couldn’t get their website to work, called them in 5 minutes later and they said I was too late in calling them, and I have to reschedule. The next day, I got on my phone ten minutes early, called them three times, had them re set my password LIKE ALWAYS and it still didn’t work. Called them 5 minutes before my appointment, two minutes before my appointment, and three minutes after. Did everything I could to get the psychiatry I needed. And they’re still gonna bill me. Every other therapy and psychiatry office I’ve ever gone to if their website doesn’t work, they’ll let you call and talk to the psychiatrist. And they’ll let you be more than 5 minutes late. I’ve gone to A LOT of different therapy and psychiatry places, and this one is a complete scam."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable and has soothing music. They were able to get me set up with everything I needed. ** They do have a service dog on the premises, and she is shy but friendly if you let her approach you in her own time. **"

"I absolutely love these guys! They provide excellent service, their actual customer service is great. It's easy to make appointments with them and communicate with them. They have an in-house psychiatrist as well as 5 therapists with a variety of hours to suit everybody's schedules. I've been going here for 2 years and will continue to do so."
