"In December, 2023, I had a successful back surgery. During my post-op visit, the PA was pleased with my progress and released me with instructions to continue to walk for strengthening my back and legs. Having had an early surgery where Physical Therapy was prescribed, I inquired about having it again. The PA gave me a prescription for PT and said I could do it if I desired. I signed up for Mountain Land Physical Therapy in Layton and couldn't be more pleased with the care of Tiffany Vendela and her entire staff has given me. Tiffany has had me working on core strengthening and stretching exercises and has even been helping my scars to heal. I'd recommend Physical Therapy for anyone with back surgery and would recommend Tiffany and her team!"

They take their time and spend quality one on one time with you to ensure your success and progress. I personally worked with Susan before my surgery and then the amazing Chandler Rudolph for the majority of my treatment. Kurt, Tiffany, and Abbie are amazing as well. "I was experiencing pretty severe lower back pain to the extent that I could only stay standing for about 2 minutes. While I waited for steroid injections, the doctor recommended I do physical therapy. After 6 weeks of physical therapy and prior to any injections, I was able to return to life as normal including playing basketball and everything was much better. The staff there are very polite and fun to be around. The physical therapists are all very knowledgeable and helped me immensely."
