"We had a great experience with Dr. Trent Richards. His assistant (don't know her name! Short curly hair.) was so good with my kids. They saw my 4 year old who used pictures instead of letters. They fitted my older son for glasses. Overall the appointment was very positive. Dr. Richards talked to my son about baseball (what my son loves most in the world) and really helped him understand why getting glasses will benefit him. It was really a sweet conversation."
