"Every appt his medical care is fine. No complaints. However, EVERY appt we wait 20-30 minutes in the waiting room and the exam room. Never even close to being on time. The length of scheduled appt times needs extending to accommodate his time with patients. Improvement needed!"

"Dr. Innes dove into my mother's very complicated case quickly and compassionately. When his treatment options didn't work to manage her extreme pain he quickly made referrals and was available to us personally by phone to guide us through what ultimately became an urgent situation. Because of his willingness to be an ally for us we were able to get the diagnosis that has now brought her relief. He could easily have washed his hands of our case because my mother was a new patient with a lot of complications that turned out not to be related to Dr. Innes' orthopedic expertise. But he made the effort to stick with us and make sure we got in front of the experts who could help her. I'm deeply grateful for his compassion. He really understands how scary and hopeless it can feel to have a loved one in a pain crisis. I knew that as long as he was on our team we'd find relief for my mom and that's exactly what happened.
