"I was his first appointment of the day. I was asked to be there early to check in and be ready by 8. The assistant took me back and let me know he hadn't come in yet. Around 8:20, he rushed in. Asked what happened. Didn't pull up my X-rays or MRI. Told me my pain was unrelated to the injury. Offered an injection for the torn cartilage (been there, done that). When I declined, he said do physical therapy. I tried to ask some questions and he said I was misinformed and left. So now I have to convince my work insurance it was an injury and to allow me to get a second opinion. The Dr has no idea what my history is. I've had over 15 surgeries for various reasons, and he is the first surgeon I was told to meet with who didn't even pull up the MRI to look for himself and then walk me through my results. I feel bad for anyone who sees him and doesn't know there is better out there. I'll be driving down to Draper to see my previous surgeon from before I moved. The extra drive is worth a good surgeon."

"Dr. Donigan is likable, friendly, and was willing to listen to and address my concerns. He was thorough, polite, and kept the conversation going to offer a distraction during an unpleasant injection."

"Dr. Donigan is excellent. He’s thorough in his examinations and explanations. He repaired my daughter’s shoulder a few years ago after multiple separations and her shoulder is as good as new. I’m looking forward to similar outcomes for my elbow."
