"Rude office staff, had a simple question about the online scheduling and how the website isn't up to date on who is accepting new patients. She gave me the biggest attitude and said I had to schedule with same doctor when I specifically said I didn't want to see that doctor anymore and was looking for a new one. Apparently they don't update their website, it takes a year or two to "update" per her words. I wanted to give them a second chance with a new doctor but office staff was rude. Do not recommend."

"Horrible front office staff! It takes away anything good I can say about the doctors! I have been waiting 6 months for a referral that was sent elsewhere to call me for my son to get evaluated for autism he is having horrible issues I can't help him with, I was told not to call the place until they called me. 6 months pass so I call and the referral was never sent! The lady says well you shouldn't have waited so long to call. What?? You didn't do your job! So I thought I got it figured out and this office said ok we got it manually sent this time like they were supposed to. Now three weeks later I call the other place and again the referral has not been sent! They keep lying to me I am in tears and don't know what to do."

"The doctors here are great and I haven’t ever had any issues but the receptionists are not. They treat you like you are incompetent and try giving medical advice or judge you for the decisions that you have made for your child’s health. When calling to schedule an appointment, please just do your job and schedule the appointment without passing any judgement."

"Just had the best experience at a doctors office I’ve ever had. First off, I called in the morning needing to get in as soon as possible and they were able to get me in that day. We got there about 10 minutes early and got us right in. The nurse whom we first interacted with was so sweet and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Then we saw Dr. Aird whom I would give more than 5 stars if I could. He was extremely thorough, listened to everything I had to say, and asked the right questions. He was so kind and joked around with my daughter. I really couldn’t be happier with our experience."

"The doctors here are amazing. And I mean amazing. The receptionist should be sued for malpractice and fired for giving medical advice over the phone and telling parents to go to the emergency room for every little thing. She is not a good receptionist and only harms the anxious new parents. She will tell you that there is something wrong with you and rush you to go to the emergency room in a panic, only for the doctor to tell you it could've waited for later. And it really seems like it's because she doesn't want to go to the hassle of leaving a message for the doctor and do her job."
