Surprise, they still charged us more than we needed to pay. In addition, the doctor barely spent 5 minutes doing the alignment without hardly any questions to actually support our health. When we tried to address the issue in person with the doctor, he just laughed about the situation and kept assuming we needed help splitting the payment but we had already paid, which we stated multiple times. Beware of doctors that assume to know the problem without actually listening to you."

"This clinic is the perfect example to never judge a book by its cover. The building is older and underwhelming. For years I drove by it daily and never realized it was even there. The only reason I found it was a google search for cryotherapy. Yes they have it and yes it’s amazing! Once you walk in, the front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Hendricks actually takes the time to get to know you and physically assess your body. I’ve been to numerous chiropractors in the area over the last decade and this was the first clinic that accurately relieved a low and steady burning in my shoulder which was caused by a separated rib. My favorite part about this facility is using the tens units and roller beds prior to the adjustment. Most clinics adjust first and then recover on the roller bed. I prefer doing it first to help loosen up my muscles in hopes of a better adjustment."
