"Dr. Ball is a wonderful doctor who is highly knowledgeable about what he does. I felt listened to, heard and understood. He said something to me that no other doctor ever has but every single doctor should and that was "I am your doctor, I work for you, my goal is whatever you want most." I've been disabled since birth and have been met with indescribable amounts of gaslighting and abuse from medical professionals. This was so much a different experience. I did not feel rushed. I was able to get referrals I've needed for decades and a reasonably far out follow up appt where he wants to do more testing to be sure about my multiple diagnosis disabilities. He was very thorough and thoughtful. I highly recommend him if you're looking for answers."
