7-Eleven

"This 7 Eleven is the worst especially when you go shop during the graveyard shift. The cashier is rude and won't honor the advertised specials that are up in the windows. I went to go get an ice coffee and as advertised it is any size for $1.25 when you are a rewards member, which I am. The cups are almost all out and what was left was XL and Slurpee Cups, I opted for the XL cup as it was my only choice. I poured an Iced French Vanilla and proceeded to the cashier, he enter the price manually and it came to $2.80. When I inquired to why it is not $1.25 as advertised I was told, "Wrong Cup" but when I said there was no other he became even ruder and I ended up leaving the coffee and left the store. This is not the first time that this cashier has been unwilling to help or honor the 7 rewards points redemption, he will press a button and the option to use your bonus points or get a free item goes of the screen. I know times are hard but really what's the point of having benefits of you can't use it."

"The worse costumer service I have ever witnessed in a 711 workers have no manners and very disrespectful and when you kindly tell them to use their manners like saying excuse me instead of running me over with their bike inside the store and then kicking me out after I asked him to just say excuse me or please move instead of running his bike into me then telling me to move!!! I should call the police for assault and sue 711 for him running me over with his bike!!!! This store really needs there staff to take a training on how to treat customers cause NOT ONE OF THEM ARE nice or polite and any little thing gets you kicked out even when the costumers are being nice and polite!!! I am talking with a lawyer about the assault I endered when the employee run his bike into me!!!"

"I visit this location multiple times day. The man that normally works the night shift has always been very friendly and always makes my night with fun conversation and jokes. But when the young girl with the accent works it is always a nightmare going in there. Every single time she is rude, loud and always rushing me out of the store. But tonight I have finally had enough. I came into the store looking for my normal midnight snack and unfortunately they weren't stocked. So I went back to the front to pick up my backpack and wait for my boyfriend to finish shopping. The young girl dressed in a bright red spandex jumpsuit and another young employee in a tank top with her work shirt unbuttoned rudely told me and another customer to get out of the store if we weren't going to purchase anything and walked towards us pushing us out of the store. Not to mention I could barely understand what they were saying in the first place due to their speaker blasting in my ear. I understand this location isnt in the best part of town but these girls were the main disturbance in the parking lot. Even after I exited the store they stood close to me in the parking lot talking loudly trying to intimate me. I'm usually not one to complain but her behavior is out of line and I am not the only customer sick of their attitude."

"Waited a good ten minutes for to the cashier to converse with a loitering homeless person. She knew I was waiting to pay but kept ignoring me. When I finally and respectfully asked for service the cashier litterally yelled at me and called me an a**hole. She then proceeded to get what I politely asked for, then she told me she wouldn't sell it to me because I was "creepy." At which point she told me I must be having a terrible life and coming off of drugs and that I had to leave the store. I've never been so degraded in my life for just wanting to buy something. Her name is Raven, and she should not be the manager. No, I am not coming off of drugs, it gives me anxiety to be refuted for no good reason. Yes, I am having a bad life, and I don't need people like her making it worse. Will not be returning to this location. Other reviews accurately describe it as a homeless drug user hang out. Always filthy dirty. Corona breeding ground."
