If you have acute, chronic pain & you're honest with them, they treat you wonderfully & do everything to help you. They use several treatment options that all work together to make sure the patient's pain is as manageable as possible."

"The Dr is awesome but the office staff will treat you bad for no reason. I terminated their services because they charged hundreds of dollars for being 5-10 minutes late. Then when I tried to talk to leadership I was treated awful, Then when I told them I was terminating the office staff attempted to sabotage my ability to receive my medication on purpose. If you are running behind don’t bother because they will leave you high and dry with zero regard for your health and well being. I think this place with the exception of the dr and billing has completely lost sight of the fact that their patients are there because they are injured. We all have careers and don’t just sit home waiting for them to treat us like human beings. I tried to talk to leadership and that guy is the worst one. He never even listens to you. He proceeded to lecture me on planning my entire day around their office. Told me I was irresponsible and then they tried to say my ua was dirty so I went to another clinic and got my own because I knew it was a lie. They sent it out and it was clean. So it was just another nasty move by office staff. Come on people it’s a drs office not a high school. The sad part is that the Dr is a good Dr. I stayed even after the last Dr was let go and prosecuted for sleeping with patients. Don’t believe me? Check into it. You guys should be good to people. They come to you hurt and in need of medical assistance. It’s sad your lack of care or concern for your patients. Why not just use a little care and compassion with your patients? I hope you go through it and can take a look in the mirror.It’s sad to think of how you treat them. You have a couple good people on staff your Dr, Michelle, Candice, but you guys should really remember what your purpose is. Try to remember that you are in fact a drs office."

"This clinic has ended up being amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help me get holistic treatment options. They actually care about their patients and they care about our out of pocket expense. I, initially, had a difficult time getting used to a pain clinic. It felt very impersonal. However, over time, they have become one of my top rated providers for me considering my MS and other issues and they have absolutely become my most dependable resource for information and having treatment options. I can only say good things. You definitely need to be ON TIME LOL. There is zero room for late patients. BUT, other than that, they are easy to work with, quick and efficient. I would refer anyone here that is in need of finding a valuable and considerate pain clinic!"
