"The drive-through says it opens at 8:00, but I got there after 8:00 and they made me come inside. Once inside they told me that their automated system is inaccurate and that the Rx that I’ve needed for two days still hasn’t arrived nor do they know when it will. And the condescending tone used to explain this to me was both unwarranted and unprofessional. Do better CVS."
"I was just doing a door dash order, and I seen the cashier being so kind to a elder man in a wheel chair and the associate was helping him a she felt discouraged crying he couldn’t do it.. he was so patient with the man and it was just a beautiful thing to see. I wish I got the workers name he was working the front desk today @5:43. His kindness was so beautiful and it’s rare to see these days!"

"I've sworn this store off many times in the past, but this time I'm really done. Beyond rude employees; i think there may be one girl who works here that is friendly. Several times I've sat waiting to pick up an Rx for nearly an hour. Today i tried to buy two items that were labeled 2/$5 not once but twice on the shelf and was told, "We don't make those prices." Huh? "We don't make those prices." What are you even talking about dude? This is just the beginning of my gripes about this dump. I don't have anymore time to waste on it. What a miserable shopping experience this place is. Over it."
"I came in on 11/16/23 for a covid shot and a flu shot. The woman who waited on me and gave me my immunizations was excellent... very friendly and professional. I wish I knew her name so I could personalize this review. I could not ask for better service. When I was done at the pharmacy I decided to do a little shopping. I brought my items to the checkout and there was nobody in sight. I looked around and waited for about three minutes and nobody showed up to help me. I returned the items to the shelves and on my way out the door I noticed there was still nobody at the checkout stand. I will NEVER shop here again because the service was terrible... pretty much non-existent! I would get future immunizations here though because I was very pleased with the professionalism at the Pharmacy."
