"The store is great, lots and lots of shopping choices. BUT be prepared when paying that the cashier's there can't do elementary math. I handed her $21 for a $10.79 purchase. She accidentally entered $11 instead of $21 and although the register told her the coins to return she could NOT figure out what to do. Frankly it was disheartening. She panicked and had to call for help, even though I told her, more than once, what my change should be. Imagine my surprise when the other cashier couldn't figure it out, either. OMG. The other woman actually pulled out her phone so she could calculate. I made the mistake of asking if they couldn't do it in their heads, which got me the stink eye. Let's face it, this is 4th grade math and these adults were completely flummoxed. I continued to mention what my change should be, which she eventually verified. Surely the store has people qualified that can do basic math in their heads. Get them at the register and get these women back stocking shelves."

"Once again, I was impressed by the selection of offerings at TJMax. They have a little bit of everything here. We even found some pretty nice cookware here. A few italian made food stuffs that we snatched up."

"Please avoid this store if you are Latin. They are racist! I went there to try to find a deal on brand skin care, but one of the products had a faded and torn price tag. I went to the cashier and she immediately asked for a price check, which was fine. Then the manager came with his little machine and stuck the tag on with an attitude and angry face. The cashier also had an attitude and asked for my ID, which I found weird. I confirmed that the price tag was $19, the same as the original. After I left, I thought about how racist and badly I was treated. What I felt and the way they looked at me was that I switched the tags. What’s interesting to me is that although the manager is a white older guy, the cashier was a person of color. I will never ever come back to that store again."

"I was determined to purchase items worth less than $4 and I paid a bill of $70 during checkout. Finding some gem books at the clearance corner was a fun activity for me! Apart from shopping you'll love the spectacular mountains view just outside the store and ample parking outside. It is mostly famous for clothing and I enjoyed shopping at kids & pet corners."

"I love going to Tj Maxx - they have awesome finds and deals with name brands! This store is always a good experience - I've found shoes made in Spain here that are super comfortable, and a really great price. They also carry a large selection of great water bottles! Unique ones too!"
