"Never been to an establishment that MAKES you tip in cash. Normally they put a gratuity on there but never in cash. The server I had (Jessica) my husbands (Carol) was very adamant on having cash as their tip. My husband and I both experienced this, separately, on the weekend! I wish we could have kept the copies I can’t seem to find them now, we left cash as they asked because they stated they do not get any tips at the end of their shift. Not sure if this is a Hilton thing but this is the FIRST Hilton my husband and I have been to where they require cash only. I think this needs to be addressed and/or fixed ASAP."

"It was just a 1 night stay for me. Just enough to spend the night before my flight early the next morning at 2 am. I didn't get to experience the complimentary breakfast. But they do offer it. They also have a gym and other utilities on site if needed. The check in process was quick and easy. It probably took 2 minutes for the whole thing. We were a group of 4 people. If you are traveling with a similar or larger group, and are taking a room with multiple beds for any reason, definitely make sure hot or cold sleepers take the farther side bed from the air conditioner. You might end up getting a bit better sleep. The air conditioner was very close to one of the beds and I chose to take it. I couldn't get it to a good temperature without freezing the people on the far side."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Easy and free parking. Easy access to airport and I-80, though restaurants and stores are a little ways away. Only problem is I had to talk to them twice (once at checkout and once over the phone a couple days later) before my food and beverage credit was applied to my bill, which should be automatic."

"The food served at the bar/ general dining area was expertly prepared and the service at the bar was excellent. Unfortunately, we did not stay at the hotel but we were greatly impressed by the food and fresh ingredients. The group of hotels is interesting as no development has followed. No restaurants ,fast food , Mini marts . Most unusual. The location to SLC and road system great to get to the mountains but more development is needed Thankfully we found delicious food at the Hilton. A real restaurant would be great instead of the open dining area/ bar."

"I had a great experience here. My room was very large and spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved using the app to check in, get my key, check out and control the tv. Easy shuttle service to the hotel."
