"wanted a sandwich and thought I'd give jersey mikes a try. I have tried jimmy jones and wasn't too impressed. Walked in and staff was friendly and suggested great sandwiches. I got a #8. And I asked about what they suggested for my husband. He likes pastrami and I think he looked like manager or owner suggested the #4 or #11 which was on their secret menu. So I went with 11 which I think was ham and salami. Both on wheat. I had them make it mikes way so I can try it it out, They didn't believe it was my first time! They said being first time I get a cookie for free. Definitely hit the spot. Sandwich was built perfectly IMO and tasted great. Their wheat bread was awesome, and I never would think to put vinegar and oil and season on a sandwich and def would be doing that again! Thanks to the employees for being patient and kind with me!"

"Friendly staff and the food was great except the bread was soggy from the #17 juices. The tables looked clean but I decided to wipe mine down with a damp napkin and it was black when I cleaned off a small portion. Gross!"

"Disappointing Experience with Contaminated Product and Lack of Customer Service Rating: ⭐ I recently purchased a meal that included Gatorade from Jersey Mike's, expecting the refreshing and quality beverage this brand is known for. Unfortunately, what I found inside was far from expected—a visible layer of mold and an unsettling white substance floating within the bottle. Concerned for my health and well-being, I immediately contacted the store to report this serious issue, hoping for a responsible and swift action. To my dismay, the response from the store's staff was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite explaining the severity of the situation, no one seemed willing to address the problem or offer any form of assistance. Not only did this lack of concern for customer safety surprise me, but it also left me questioning the store's commitment to quality and hygiene standards. I am writing this review not out of spite but in the hope that Jersey Mike's will take this feedback seriously. No customer should have to encounter a potentially hazardous product, nor should they be met with indifference when seeking help from the establishment. I expected a basic level of customer service none of which were forthcoming. I pay over 80 dollars just to go down the toilet. (literally) I urge Jersey Mike's to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement stricter quality control measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Additionally, training staff to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism would greatly improve the service quality and ensure that customers feel valued and safe. Until then, I am hesitant to return or recommend Jersey Mike's to others, as my trust in their products and their customer service has been significantly compromised."

"This is what customer service is all about. The credit card reader was broken today. Cash or gift card only. I had a gift card. Nathan went to ring my order and my gift card had nothing on it. I had t used it yet. Anyway, he said “ it’s on me” Now that is a great manager. Ty Nathan!"

"We ordered ahead today and everything was ready for us right on time. My go-to is the #9 Mike’s Way—it’s so amazing! My kids had kid’s meals and everything tasted so fresh and good. We loved your chocolate chip cookies! Jersey Mike’s is the best."
