Noodles and Company

"I was there last Friday around 3pm. The guy at the register gave my kids a paper menu with crayons the second they walked in giving my sister and I time to look over the menu. He was kind and curious and a pleasure to talk to. I'm leaving this review mostly because I enjoyed his personality so much. I didn't get his name but an older gentleman with glasses. He deserves the credit for this 5 star review because he made the atmosphere fun and inviting. The food was also really great, so hats off to the cooks. Had a great time there with my sister and 2 kiddos. Thanks!"

"My goodness, the lack of cleanliness is insane. It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a week today. There were dirty tables that no one cleaned off the entire time we were in the restaurant despite a lack of clean tables. Customers were using napkins to clean off a space to have lunch. The soda machine was sticky all over. The manager was there, and was really nice, but apparently just thinks the place will clean itself. Just disgusting. The food is what you expect at noodles and company. But given the lack of hygiene on the front end, I'd be surprised if there are no health code violations going on here."

"We've been eating at this location on and off since they opened. It went from good to worst-place-to-eat-at to decent. My family loves this place for the overly priced Mac n cheese. I like to try new dishes each time I come here because each one is disappointing to me for one reason or another. A few years ago, the last time we tried this place after having been regulars, the zucchini noodles made me throw up, so it took us a long time to return here. Finally when we came here again, I tried something new on the menu, as is my norm, hoping this will become my favorite meal here. It looks nothing like the photo and there were no mushrooms at all. I can't taste the prosciutto, though I bit one in half and saw small chunks of some kind of meat, but it looked more like ham than thinly sliced prosciutto that's advertised on their video playing next to the menu. I took a picture of my hand next to the bowl for size comparison. This is the larger "regular" size."

"These two men did a wonderful job handling a random lunch rush on a Tuesday. I didn't grab their names but the older man didn't let the business effect the way he treated his customers. He was kind and patient while we ordered."

"Absolutely horrible service. We waited over 25-30 minutes for our 2 Wisconsin Mac and cheeses and kid's meal while MANY other orders were being completed and served after we arrived. I watched as takeout after takeout were printed, cooked, packaged, and picked up all while we had been waiting at our table. We were number 5 in store and I watched as all customers who came after us were being served and finishing their meals. When our food finally arrived there was no apology of any sort and it looked like it had been sitting for almost as long as we had been there. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area was severely lacking. There were about 4 or 5 tables I saw that were filthy The entire time we were in store. Not once did I see one person clean off tables or clean up the floor. The silver linings are it still tasted pretty decent, even though the cheese no longer melted properly due to the food's temperature. The person who seemed to be in charge of getting orders out seemed clueless enough to likely be a new employee. So I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in that regard. However, someone should at least have been by his side training him though if that is in fact the case. I watched as clearly experienced personnel assisted in packaging up takeout orders and serve number 9 in store. If you do choose this location, you're better off ordering takeout since that's what appears to be their priority over in store customers."
