"Last time I came here, I had a curbside mobile order where all it said a team member was on the way and 10 minutes later my food came out cold without any of the sauces ordered. This time, after long wait times, the portion sizes of my dishes were wildly different. I love Chick-fil-A, I'd rather drive further to one that consistently gives good service than one that is consistently under performing."

"My curbside order was missing ALL three of my large waffle fries. Long story short they would only give me a brownie or a free breakfast item card after leaving my 16yo birthday party and driving back. I asked for a sandwich instead and they refused. Neither of the 2 “managers” would budge after much discussion. This is very disappointing. Zero stars for customer service. And to boot the didn’t tell me the free item card was only for breakfast items… useless to me."
"This was my first time going to chick-fil-a for breakfast and for $20 I feel like I got the smallest portions of food. We got the breakfast hash bowl and the burrito and both were tiny. How is it almost $3 more to upgrade to a fruit cup and instead they offer hash browns when you order the meal which has no substance to it and won’t fill you up. I’m feeling pretty disappointed and will never go back for breakfast. The breakfast bowl I received was probably worth $2, not $7. I feel like I need to go home and make breakfast after eating that. Usually we really enjoy chick fil a but do not recommend it for breakfast."
