"I get it. It’s fast food. I only expect 3 things. My order to be correct, edible, and to leave with an average human interaction with the employee at the drive through. Can anyone take a look at this photo and tell me why all of my fries are at the bottom of my bag? They stuck the fries into my bag completely upside down. When we arrived at the 1st window, the order read off to us was completely different than what we ordered at the speaker board. We had to completely repeat our order, which resulted in additional confusion for the employee who was assisting us, and in us paying for additional items we didn’t mean to order. We decided to just deal with it, because honestly going back through to try and get it resolved by the incompetent staff at this location would be more pain than it’s worth. My thoughts would have ended there, and this review wouldn’t have been written if my food wasn’t then handed to me with the care of a criminal hog tied to the back of the horse and dragged 15 miles down the road. The staff here clearly just doesn’t care about their service, or presentation of the food and it’s reflected in the subsequent 2.8 Google Rating. I worked in fast food for several years - I understand it gets busy. But I would never have handed a bag of food to a customer in this state. This would never happen if middle management took 2 seconds to check the bag before it left the drive thru window. I would be ashamed to work here. Do better, it’s really not hard to put the fries right side up in a bag where the only other item is a #3 and some straws."

"This a large French fries I received after I went though the drive-thru. Is this the $15 per hour service I'm paying for? No, I did not eat any french fries before I arrived home."

"Sat at the payment window for 5 minutes despite the fact I was the only person in line until someone came and took my payment. Originally I figured they were short staffed and I’d cut them some slack but when I got to the next window there were a few employees dancing and screwing around and yelling about who was going to help customers… I figured okay, I get it I work in fast food also, then I got home and opened up my burger and found the cheese slapped on all sideways and the ketchup all over. I asked for no onions and they hid them under the bottom of the patty. So so lame especially for not being busy."

"I made the mistake of ordering food at the Daybreak Parkway McDonald's by Smith's. I had to wait for over an hour to get our food. The staff acts like they don't care and were very rude when I asked about my order. The restaurant is filthy (see attached, and I have more pictures). I saw one employee dealing with garbage in a garbage can then go right back to cooking without changing his gloves or washing his hands. Other employees were just standing around. No one seemed to care about actually serving food... Requests to speak to a manager or have my order refunded were refused. When my order finally came out it was wrong. When I tried to get it fixed, they accused me of lying and walked away. Terrible service terrible experience. I will not be back."

"I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service and cleanliness of the store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my order was accurate and that I was satisfied with my meal. What impressed me the most was how clean and well-maintained the store was. Despite being a busy location, the floors were spotless, the tables were wiped down regularly, and the bathrooms were immaculate. It's clear that the management team takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was fantastic. The customer service was top-notch, and the cleanliness of the store exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
