"If I could put 0 stars I would. The service here was absolutely horrible. I had to speak to 3 different people. To get my 2 coffees, it took them 20 minutes to get my coffees. And one of the coffees was literally hot milk. I even placed an online order to get it in advance. Hopefully quicker, but apparently not. I will likely not be coming to this location again. I would go in and get a refund but I don't want to have to wait for 20 more minutes just to get acknowledged. I don't want to deal with the incompetence of the entire staff. This place is a joke"

"Got 2 medium fries and they didn’t get us one and said someone messed up, then got home with the “food” and French fries/nuggets were super hard and dry like they over cooked them in the fryer and left them out for a long time. Horrible experience and no one should have to eat dry cold and hard food!"

"I drive out of my way to go this McDonald’s :) they have the best customer service. I love the kindness and positivity of Rozi and her team there. I have always found this McDonalds to be professional prompt and kind. The cappuccino is a frequent ritual there for me."

"We only got ice cream this time. But everything went smoothly and quickly. And with handling an order of 5 cones, many things could go wrong. Did you know that McDonald's will add Oreo to your cone if you ask? I discovered that a few months back. It's so great!!"

"This McDonalds is great. They gave us an extra six nuggets which we were very happy about. There was no one working the counter which I’m fine with, the kiosks were working. This location has a play place if you are bringing children. The food was pretty good, like it was hot and fresh so I can’t complain. The soda machines were warm and flat though :/"
