"The manager of this store is so on top of things that he could take over the world if he wanted to. I'd heard coworkers express this sentiment before, but now that I've met the manager I fully believe it. He was the one who took my order, and after he noticed I'd been waiting longer than usual, he came to check in. He remembered my name and exactly what I ordered even though it had been 10+ minutes. Upon investigation, he found my order was done and ready on the back counter, but no one had called my name. He was very apologetic and gave me a voucher for a free sub to make things right. On my way out, he greeted me by name again, offered another apology, thanked me for coming in, and bid me a good day. Not many people have the power to turn a meh experience into a five-star experience, but this manager has mastered the customer experience and knows how to connect with people well enough that he has that superpower."
"The store is well kept, and the food is great - you’ll get exactly what you expect coming to this store for a Jersey Mikes sub! Management, and Staff are a pleasure to be around - I come in often for lunch and they know my order by heart! Great service, thank you!"
"Usually love jersey mikes but tonight’s experience sucked. Went in at 7 and waited a long time while one worker was on the phone because the other couldn’t cut meat. The worker then puts the phone down, doesn’t change his gloves which are clearly dirty now, and starts cutting rosemary bread after we ordered regular. He didn’t even tell us they’re out of regular until the bread is cut and he’s already going to town cutting the meat and cheese so we felt stuck accepting it. As soon as I walked out they came and locked the doors, before 7:30pm, and got back on the phone. They should’ve just sent us away rather than give bad and rushed service. Overall grossed out and disappointed in the experience. Really wish we didn’t waste our money tonight as we don’t even want the sandwiches now."
"First time eating at a Jersey Mikes. Pretty good. Got the ranch and chicken sandwich. Wish you could choose something to switch the sandwich out for when you request something removed on DoorDash. Also wish they had fries."
