"Came here for the lunch special it is really good price for the amount of food. The salmon did not have flavor at all. I think even if it’s an inexpensive price they should more effort. Service was fast but the presence of the waitresses it matters to me and the waitress that helped me did not have a good presence"
"What started as a high school tradition turned into a sushi place I’ll always be able to count on. The atmosphere is homey, they are so fast with your food, it’s always good quality and yummy and overall they just make it easy. My family and I came here for Christmas dinner and my parents so pleased and impressed. The portions of the noodles are so big and the prices are amazing. The family that runs is it so hardworking and I cannot rave about this place enough."
"We tried shrimp bento boxes and two sushi rolls. All the food was very good and it came out quickly. It took a while for someone to take our order and it seemed like there was some confusion about who should be helping us. However, once we flagged down a waiter everything else went smooth. The salad in the bento box came with a creamy and sweet ginger dressing that we really liked. Their prices seemed fair. We went on a Friday night and had to wait about 15 minutes because the place was busy."
"Red 88 Asian Bistro & Sushi has a great variety of Asian food so that everyone can find something they'll enjoy. I got a dinner platter, and you get a ton of food for a great price. The egg drop soup was the best I've had - really great flavor. The gyoza, spring roll, and fried rice are also good. I got the kung pao chicken, and it's not too spicy, but I wouldn't get it unless you know you like it at other places. I'd recommend the orange chicken instead. We also got the Vegas and dynamite rolls, and they were okay. It's decent sushi for the price, but I wouldn't go specifically to order it. The staff was friendly, but a little unattentive. Just be proactive in asking for what you need and you'll be fine. Overall, I liked Red 88 and will be back again to try some different entrees."
