"Always great food. Today for the first time in five years coming to this location (probably sixty or more separate visits), I was charged extra for a few cucumbers on my rice bowl. I never take the corn, cilantro, peanuts, peppers, or lettuce but I don't get any credit for skipping those items. It's not the cost of the cucumbers - I can certainly afford it, it's the principle. Why not just try to make your regular customers happy instead of nickel and diming them for every little thing? Edit - I appreciate the owner making contact with me and trying to make this situation right. I have since visited this location and another Zao location and both experiences were great - both the food and the service. Kudos to Zao ownership for stepping up! I've amended my review to five stars for service as well as food."
"This place is fantastic, I love it. Food is top notch, staff is super friendly, and the lemonade is so unique and delicious. It's also not ridiculously priced, so that's nice these days. Highly recommend."

"Excellent tacos with grilled chicken. The sauces were particularly yummy. Restaurant was clean with ample seating for the lunch crowd. Line was long, but moved along reasonably quickly. The wait time gave us plenty of time to check out the menu options and make our choices before it was our turn to order. Will definitely come again."
