"Today I went in and the entire time was being rushed. I tried ordering my food and I still wasn't finished and they had moved onto the other person so when they saw me still standing there the woman with brown hair behind the counter got annoyed. Then I asked for guac and she only put it on one of my tacos and then when I asked for salad dressing on the side they charged me for it but never gave it to me."
"The food is what we all expect. Almost zero meat. But the service needs improvement! At you like your burden wasting there time. Heaven forbid I Have a QUESTION???? WHICH I DID! Once I asked my questions the woman helping me threw my food into the grill like I put her out of rhythm and it was a huge inconvenience! Not only did the quality of my tacos suffer but now I'm not going to ever eat at that location again. Yikes! I'm sorry my Gluten intolerance slows you down. Maybe I should shut my pie hole and just pay 11.00 for 2 tiny tacos and move along while you fat hand my food and ruin my lunch! It's bad enough food prices are sky rocketing. I didn't even get sides. I hate when I'm treated poorly because I don't eat flour. And for the record: customers notice you rolling your eyes at them."
"I have been to many Costa Vida’s before, but none where the employees were more interested in getting you through the line as fast as possible, than they were about getting your order accurate or not giving you the last few shreds of lettuce rather than refreshing the container prior to making your order. I was not impressed, and will not be visiting this location again."
"Terrible portions. They consistently give half the protein that they should be. I think the manager gets some sort of bonus for screwing the customers."
"This location is extremely poorly managed and service is from teenagers that do not seem to care at all. The drink station is not maintained and almost completely empty. Corporate should look into how poorly this location is operating."
