"Where to start, this Smiths has gone down hill, I use to enjoy my experience over the years, but lately these employees just don't care, the whole self check out crew( except Vicki) and front end are so rude, the front end person, I wish I could remember her name, long hair, lots of make-up and smokes out front and comes in reeking of smoke, she is unconcerned about any problem you have, this whole store needs a meeting and and a class to know how to treat a customer. I hardly go and when I do it reminds me why I go to Avenues Smiths. Store employees need a revamp. Come on Tiffany and Higher ups!! Do something here."
