"My husband and I stayed here in November 2023 and we went straight to bed after a long commute. I wasn't in bed 10 minutes before I experienced a bite followed by itching. We turned the light on and I saw a bed bug crawling across the bed. We were able to get pictures of the bug and my swollen arm. Iwas horrified but happy we hadn't unpacked. The clerk was apologetic and upgraded us to a suite mostly because it was the only available room. She grabbed a can of spray and headed to the room to "take care" of the problem. Also, everytime we left the building we couldn't swipe to get inside the hotel. A guest would either let us in or we'd have to drive to the front for entry and get the cards scanned so we could enter our room. I'll never stay at this place again, the bed bug bite itched for over a week. FYI, we didn't bring the bedbug with us, because we don't have buds in our home. The bedbug was heading back to the underside of the mattress after it bit me. It was a horrible experience!!"

"Our family was excited to enjoy some time together and an indoor pool. When we got checked into our room we're so excited since it was a nice big and very well lit room.(room 219) Then, we found a toe nail clippings, cheetos, and an e-cigarette charger. Called the front and waited in line for about 20 minutes for a room change. The second room we're in was so much smaller, dark, and the ac was broken. At this point, we just stayed in this room (324). The pool was nice. The lights had to be turned on by the front desk. But at least it was heated. In the morning, I did have to call the front desk front my phone because the phone wouldn't work. I needed new towels and shampoo. The lady at the front was super nice and brought them to my room since I couldn't leave. Everyone who worked in the front was extremely nice and helpful. I would go back just for their service. Just know what you're getting when it comes to the rooms. They are older but the bathrooms in both rooms were nice and clean, which was surprising bc I've been in a newer hotel and they weren't that clean. Just wish the rooms were cleaner and more updated but was a nice room for the night. Keep in mind when booking Thursday and Fridays are pretty booked since frt sill does graduations."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! These rooms were ok. Definitely not worth the price. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend to attend a graduation, so it was pretty full. We stayed on the third floor and had loud neighbors that were up all night and the whole floor smelled of marijuana. We did have a toddler so we complained and the front desk just laughed about it. Make sure you take a picture of your room before you leave, especially your pillows!! I got charged $51 because I supposedly stole it!! A flimsy Walmart pillow."

"I'm currently staying in room 304. As I went to get into bed I pulled back the covers and looked down and noticed a discoloration on the white sheets. Well as I looked closer it was obvious the sheets were never changed because it was a BM smear on the sheets along with hair in various places on the sheets. I chose this hotel because it had such high ratings. Unfortunately, I don't agree with the cleanliness. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic. She brought me a whole new set of sheets, blanket and pillow cases for the bed. She even helped me take off the soiled linen. she apologized profusely. She even took pictures of the soiled linen to show her housekeeping staff. Extremely disgusting. I'm not happy with cleanliness of this hotel, I'm completely grossed out. I will say the lady at the front desk is extremely nice and very helpful."

"We didn’t necessarily have a bad experience, it’s just not worthy of a 5 star review. I chose this hotel due to the pool for the kids because not many in the area have an indoor pool so that’s a plus for that but the kids said it was cold, they still enjoyed it so oh well. The first room smelled extremely clean, but then there was a lingering smell of marijuana in the bathroom, obviously the fault of the previous guests but they probably should have aired out that room before booking it out again. The bathtub also had standing water. We told front desk and were given a new room right away. But then in the second bathroom, the sink stopper kept collapsing and not letting water drain. The breakfast does not taste good, it’s the usual eggs, sausage patties, etc but for some reason after staying at many hotels, there was something bland and off about it. They did have banana and blueberry batter for the waffles so that was nice. Pillows were not those usually fluffy hotel pillows you get, bed was comfortable enough. Overall we didn’t encounter anything horrendous, just a lot of little things that didn’t really call for a 5. So I guess very average quality. Location is five stars because it feels safe yet easy to access. Once inside the rooms, you don’t hear other guests, so sound proofing is great. It was quiet and our AC worked nicely."
