"Went through drive thru..ordered turkey slider, but was given a chicken nugget slider. When I asked for bronco dipping sauce, the kid at the window told me that he would be fired if he gave me sauce. I told him that I wanted a sauce with my sandwich. He got one, threw it at me and slammed the window in my face!! I will NOT be going back to this establishment in Sapulpa!!!!!"
"This place has never been the same since they fired Mary, the previous longtime manager. Orders are never correct or they are out of menu items. Food temps are mediocre and today I ordered two French dips to which they didn't give Au Ju sauce."
"The fry cook was sucking on a candy cane, no gloves and it didn't look like there were any supervisor around. Was grossed out by this behavior. I like Arby's but I don't want to eat food if the person handling it hasn't been trained and the company doesn't seem to care."
