"I had a very terrible experience on the Domino's app, I couldn't use my coupons and the app made me pay for the pizzas. However the employee named Sam helped me and my dad out after I had already paid and was picking up the pizza, he refunded my payment and added the coupons and I got the discount that I thought was already lost. Very professional and VERY quick service, this domino's is WAY WAY WAY better than the other domino's across town on Alameda."
"Been here many times and have always had a fast, professional experience. They usually cut the pizza decently, and I am never waiting a long time. The single-topping carryout coupon is impossible to beat. It’s advertised on the app for $8 for a large pizza. It’s barely more expensive that little Caesar’s but way way better."
"consistently deceptive on delivery time. manipulates the system to deceive the customer. called the store and the manager started blaming other people and previous orders. seems like I’m to blame for their triplicate system of texting, emailing, and gps tracking all being wrong. in the end they just deleted my order completely. how can a company lie and stay in business in this climate??? UPDATE: pizza arrived at 78 minutes. box is already soggy. i live 2 miles from the store."
"I buy Domino's Pizza because I own stock in the company. Having said that... I've gotten more wrong orders and poorly prepared food from this store than is acceptable. The Domino's app doesn't ever seem to work properly, and, generally, I wish there was another store that made good pizza. As Domino's quality goes, I can't say I'm real happy with this store as a stockholder. Have thought several times about calling corporate... but... being a stockholder, I KNOW what erotic Haugen and I just don't want anyone to get in trouble, but... bottom-line is... I sure wish there was a better pizza place in Norman."
"This location is mid. I’ve been here several times and keep going to Papa Johns instead. Bread bites though are amazing. Giving them a 4 instead of a 3 though cuz they’re fast, curbside is cool, and the employees are always friendly. But that’s a double pepperoni pizza right there. And check out that bottom slice almost no cheese or sauce. It’s never cut all the way either you have to tear it."
