"This business is fantastic. I trailered a STAR cart from North Kansas City to be repaired since no one in the area would work on it. The staff checked several "minor" things that might have been wrong before I unloaded the trailer, just in case it was something simple, and would keep me from making another round trip. B&D staff kept me informed of the process, how much a rebuilt, vs. new controller would cost. Just a terrific experience."

"Very dishonest!! Made a deal for a price to buy 2 UTVs out of 3 they had. We picked the 2 we wanted then they sold one of them even though we had made the deal. Finally they honored the price for one. Then after talking to the sales manager about the 3rd one that we really were not interested in because it had issues we stupidly decided to test it anyway because we trusted Mark Quick. They brought it out and made us pay $1500 test drive deposit. The unit was junk and broke down, we asked for the deposit back, months of fighting. Then went to court and they lied like crazy. Council Bluffs small claims dismissed the case, so we went to pick up the unit that they had the $1500 deposit they wouldn't return and would not provide the unit. Out $1500 because they are a very dishonest crooked business. Too bad because we had planned to do more business there for much more, but I guess they are not interested in keeping and growing by being a business with integrity. I have dealt with many businesses through the years, and never ever experienced this kind of dishonesty and disregard for a customer as a business owner, very sad. I am sure they will have a bunch of lies for a response just like through this whole ordeal. Buyer please beware!!!! They are very skilled at deceit and very, very unscrupulous business people...GO SOMEPLACE ELSE."
