"Rather than meeting at the site to discuss pool size, depth, shape, position, etc. Their method is for you to send them a picture and they will get you an estimate. If this is ok with you, then this is your place! Waited for three days for owner to call me, each time to be told they are busy and sell over 700 pools a year. Clearly they don’t need my business nor will they be getting it. Hard pass-"

"I have been using this company since they opened. I have also been working with the owner for over 20 years. Knowing that here in council Bluffs there is more than one pool place. I would not use any other company! The owner Eric and the other owners. Are Hands-On! Including his brother Art. They are extremely honest, reputable and stand behind all of their products. The workers are on time and always explain everything and making sure the customer understands. Again I have used this company and worked with the owner for 20 plus years. I enjoy working with businesses like this, that are family owned and not just trying to make a buck. Their number one concern is finding out your needs and then selling you the correct products. I wish I could rate this higher than five. They go above and beyond customer service."
