"They have a abundance of great help. Plus the prices are comparable to other stores if your looking for the same product. I've never had a problem with returning items as long as you have the receipt then it's no problem to exchange or get your money back from just about every Walgreens I've been to. Always courteous help even when you can tell that someone is having a bad day. They still smile and help you with your needs. Now you can't beat that for service. I've always enjoyed shopping at Walgreens and I see no reason to stop shopping there. Give it a try if you haven't you might be pleasantly surprised with each and every store you visit."
"Awful and packed. I had to wait for me pickup and sat there feeling horrible. I switched to Hy-Vee asap. I'm sure there's other great Walgreens locations, but do not go to this one. Straight up trash lol, they should've kept this building a store back decades ago from what my friend said."
"This is honestly the most miserable place in the world. The pharmacy is understaffed and getting slammed at pretty much every point of every day. I just waited in the call queue for 2 hours and they hung up on me when it was my turn. Sometimes the staff are admirable and do their best, but they quickly burn out and leave. I hope management comes to understand that this location has different needs and challenges, and that lacking a drive-thru does not mean this pharmacy has a lower need."
