"I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I have bought Red Wings in the past and showed the sales associate my boot tag from the last boots I purchased, unfortunately the boot has since been discontinued. He did a search of other Red Wing stores and found a shoe in my my size but not my width. I decided to look for an alternate boot. I found one that I liked and tried it on. I told salesman that I have flat feet and needed more arch support. He then pulled out a ridged arch support with fatigue relief. With that arch support in the boot I instantly changed my mind and a sale was made. The salesman showed me the care kit that I need to take care of my boots. I didn't purchse that yet but with this coupon I will be returning to buy the kit to maintain my new boots. Thanks for the information and support."
