"Went in looking for a belt to wear to for my upcoming wedding. The selection was very limited, which is well and good, but the salesperson made a poor recommendation saying that one of their few brown belts was a spot on match for the shoe I brought along. It wasn’t and wasn’t really particularly close. Still 4 stars, as it is a wonderful shop and while the belt was not at all a match, I did buy it as it was a beautiful belt and I wear formal attire frequently for work. They are great at what they do, but belts don’t seem to be a significant part of what they do."
"Customer service was terrible. The entire groom’s wedding party purchased their suits and we were snubbed. Gave $400 suits in trash bags!"
"My body is tough to fit, so I had Gary make me a custom suit which is something I've never done before. He was great to work with, made sure I was aware of anything that may be of interest regarding options and working within my budget. Couldn't be happier with the whole process and the suit looks, and fits, great! Also got my groomsmen suits taken care of as well and the process was real easy. All around great experience!"

Nate helped get the initial suits ordered and ensured that each was tailored to the individuals, even when many guys lived outside of Lincoln or out of state. Nate was professional, accommodating, and communicated well throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Gary Michael's, and especially Nate!"
