Best Buy

"I was there for a total of 20 minutes and can say I will not go back. I was struggling to find a phone case, didn't expect to need help but who knew Google phones were so unpopular that they don't get a clearly labeled section in the isles with all the other phone cases?. There must have been like 20 employees and 2 were actually helping people. I watched multiple pass me by and I guess they must have been busy since not one offered to help and wouldn't make eye contact to avoid being asked for help. I really didn't want to interrupt the little gathering of 4 employees in one of the isles right across from me, they were laughing and having fun, I'm glad to see they were happy and didn't want to disturb them and actually make them work. I finally found the cases for Google and was a little disappointed they don't get the 20,000 options like iPhone does, so not happy. There was literally ONE for my phone I guess made my choice easy! I avoided buying the screen protector they are selling for almost $60! Nope, not today. This is exactly why everyone chooses to buy online and I really shouldn't have given them any of my business but wanted to protect my phone today. Crazy prices, lack of options and employees that don't care for the customer made this a terrible experience."

"I ordered a new monitor with instore pickup. When my pickup day arrived and I didn't receive a confirmation I contacted customer service and was told the item was out of stock and an instock vendor couldn't be located. Did Best Buy update my order or try contacting me...NO! They just left me hanging thinking I would be happily picking up my monitor on the promised day. If it's not available for pickup today I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company that seems to have a serious ethics problem."

"A very rude employee became upset that I dared to have a friendly conversation with another customer while we waited for help in an area of the store. I was going to buy some new noise cancelling headphones and a tablet in the next week and will definitely not be getting them from any Best Buy after this experience. This is one of the only best buy locations that had high end audio in Denver so I wish they were willing to hire better employees so there was a reason to go here."

"Love Best Buy! They have the best price match policy. I saw a MacBook Air on Amazon and they were able to take $200 off on the spot as long as it was ship and sold by Amazon. 5 days later the price dropped again and they were able to adjust it."
