"It’s embarrassing for Walmart that this Sam’s Club won’t fix the driveway to their gas pumps. It’s been over a year folks. Walmart makes billions of dollars and I’m tired of my car getting bounced around in the pot holes . This is simply poor store management that lets this go unfixed!"

"Update 2023-Dec. I bought some gift cards to give to people last December, and the ones I have left, I used. Well, 1 set of 3 Famous Dave gift cards didn't work when we tried to use it. Famous Dave staff said that the place we bought it needs to activate it. We went back to Sam's Club and were told to call the number on the back of the card. The number on the back of the card is only for balance inquiries. Went back inside, and staff said it is their policy that gift cards can not be returned. We did NOT want it returned. We wanted it to be activated. They said no, they can't do that either. What? This is so frustrating. Money wasted. ________________________________ 2023‐Nov, still not busy here. I don't like that the parking stalls are too narrow. Christmas decorations are out. _________________________________ There are lots of parking stalls. Apparently, they have changed their return policy. They now have limited time (now it is 90 days) to return non-Sam's brand items even with a receipt. I was very disappointed. The only reason why I am keeping my membership here is because of the 'free pick-up' and 'free shipping.' The photos were taken at 5'ish pm. What do you think? I go to the other box store and they are always busy."

"We just arrived at 6:17 pm to shop at the Lone Club store and were turned away. The employee checking receipts had no idea the store hours posted on the door said they were open until 8. She called the manager and, while we were waiting, 6 other people came through the doors asking if the store was open and saying that it was supposed to be open until 8. Cesar came and told us the Club Manager had made the decision to wait until Sunday, November 26th to start the extended Sunday Holiday hours rather than honor the hours posted on the website, Google, and their own door. Seems like a weak cover for a huge managerial oversight."

"Overall this is a good store. Best gas price in the area. Not too busy. Cafe area was not busy, still no one is cleaning the tables. No one servicing the beverages even though we told them the unsweetened ice tea was out quite awhile ago. I expect that when a store is busy, but this store is actually almost empty and still the Cafe is unacceptable."
