"The product placement at the store seems to be strategic to get customers to walk through the entire store every tike. For example, the boys' clothing is on the opposite side of the store as the girls' clothing, and the Amazone returns, along with customer service, is in the far-back corner. The primary registers only had one person working them, but they were not short-staffed. It took about 3-4 minutes with a line of several people to be waiting before the PA announcement came out, at which point four additional cashiers arrived. Finally, pay close attention to the price tags and how the register rings them up. They have been wrong multiple times. That being said, the individual personnel themselves are friendly, so the problems are more attributable to the management and policies rather than the personnel."
