"I hadn't shopped there in a while, and was surprised that the petite section was gone, also the Charter Club and Karen Scott sections that my aunt wanted me to pick up some things for her. Online only was the reason. Very inconvenient to have to shop this way for an 80+ lady. I left and was able to find items on my shopping list at Talbots and Ann Taylor."

"I love Macy's but their shoe section always seems to be on disarray. No matter what Macy's it is or what state the shoe section either has nobody there to help you and / or its a complete mess. It's like they get a mad rush in the shoe department and then go take lunch hoping another Macy's employee will see it and clean it up or it will miraculously clean itself up."
"Today I learned about the amazing 3rd level of Macy’s, and the woman who helped ring me up, near the way back wall towards clearance clothing was so nice and amazing. It’s so busy at the mall and she is upbeat and smiling. She definitely made my visit better. She was short, small frame with short brown hair and brown eyes. Thank you!!!!"
"I went to the watch/Jewelry section to get my watch fitted. Waited over half an hour and then had to leave, as the attendant guy there had no sense of urgency to attend to other customers who required services. While he helped only 2 customers during that span of time that were ahead of me, I saw another 4 customers wait for a bit and then leave after they saw how long it was taking. The old man was a nice guy but it seems they were losing customers/sales because of how slow he was. I would advise shopping elsewhere for your watch needs, as I can always make the money back but you can't ever get your time back and I feel genuinely robbed of my time while I was waiting here."
