"Everyone I spoke with at this company was kind and helpful. My installer, Carson, was courteous, professional and efficient, even when he was unable to complete my install the first time due to the conditions in my apartment that were out of his control, and again after the appliance stopped working after the install. He replied to my message on his day off and was kind and helpful. Highly recommend for any appliance needs."

"Bought a stove. Stove was to be delivered on 2/2/23 between 9 and 1. No show. Called was told between 1 and 3 no show. Drove to store was told truck broke down after the store rep told me they were in Denver making delivery, however, learned that was not the case. Was told stove was on the way to house now. Got to house no stove, no truck, and no one is answering phone, can mail is full. Driver has not called to discuss situation not has store called to discuss situation. Bad business"

"My dryer went out right after my warranty was up. Called for a repair an paid the diagnostic and travel fee up front. The tech came and it was a minor issue a thermal fuse which cost 20$ paid 125$ for part an labor. Called the repair manager that was only hungry for the cash an nothing more trying to understand breakdown of fees. 40 for part remaining towards labor feel completly ripped off when it was less than 30min. Never again will I give them my cash."

"I was looking for a washer fast. And just so happen to run across their number. The customer service rep who assist me was friendly and extremely helpful. But i have a issue with my washer it will not drain and i the washer is under 6months old from purchase time. I cant afford to buy another washer at this time and i have a pretty large family. I hope i can have one of your techs to come look at it. Because if not thats 200 plus dollars on the curb."

"They deserve 0 stars. They "advertise" a warranty but don't stand behind their warranty. Specifically speaking on their own labor. They installed my dishwasher incorrectly. They came out and wouldn't reinstall the unit because they said it doesn't fall under the warranty. If I wanted the unit reinstalled they would charge me a $125 install fee. How about install it correctly?"
