"***EDIT - Valerie called me, we discussed the situation and we were able to come to an agreement. I called to have a technician come out last week and while they did send someone the same day, they sent someone who had no idea how to work on my particular make/model of washing machine (they acquired this information during the booking call). I called with 2 issues. The technician arrived, spent maybe 15 minutes before realizing he had no idea how to service my machine and left, telling me that I would not be charged the service fee as he was unable to help me. He also stated that I would be charged when someone returned. The first issue (excessive lint on my laundry after every cycle) I was told this should not be a problem this washing machine experiences. That was the full extent of the "service" I received. The second issue (detergent drawer being full to overflowing with water after every cycle) I was told that there should be some water, but definitely not full in the drawer at the end of the cycle. That was the full extent of the "service" I received for that issue. I have been able to fix the problem in one of the 3 compartments in the drawer by myself but am struggling with the other 2. At no time did anyone else come out. So other than several phone calls (most of which I had to initiate due to lack of call backs) and being told "well that's not supposed to happen" I received no actual service and am still expected to pay the $139 service call fee. Needless to say I am very frustrated, especially as this company generally reviews very well. I did provide 2 stars as everyone was very polite while speaking to me, so there's that."

"Kyle did a great job replacing my fan. The company works as a team. The part needed wouldn’t come in til late afternoon and another person brought it to the house while Kyle did other jobs and came back after hours to get the job done. I am so appreciative that no food was spoiled. Thank you Mr. Appliance of Littleton."

"Fabulous company and customer service! Super quick to schedule, affordable for the diagnostics, and grateful that fee goes toward the cost of repair if you choose to move forward. Grant, our technician, was a gem! He is so kind, communicative, and was very considerate in our home. I will schedule again if we ever need anything!"

"I called to schedule a repair on a major appliance. Before scheduling a repair visit, they provided information about the make of my appliance and advised me to call the manufacturer as they have had major issues with one of their product lines. They saved me tons of money. This is what honesty and good customer service look like. THANK YOU. I will definitely be using Mr. Appliance for any and all future repairs."
