"Bought a few items yesterday. Not as much as planned so when I went through self check out, I still had 2 of the 3 bags empty in my cart. Told their maching no bags, and it refused to conyinue until I waited on the clerk to clear. This man wandered over, asked how many bags, despite the fact that the one was sitting beside him. There were two, empty in my cart. Then he actually brought up the video recording of my transaction, scrolled through the entire thing, to verify I was not stealing a 10cent obviously used paper bag!!! Never again!!!! Walmart here I come!"

"This is a good King Soopers - it shows by how crowded this one always is. I get pickup here every few weeks and the employees always do a great job with few substitutions, good quality produce and load up the car logically/reasonably. The pharmacy is also generally pretty quick and friendly."

"It seams that the greed is so overwhelming. They have now resorted to do the store stocking during the hours of 6:00 am to in the afternoon .They think that the non-working class are shopping during those hrs. And what's bad is sometimes the only checker is doing the self check out and I do major shopping once a month and I made the only checker to scan my self check out . It's really bad that some store don't have customer service until 10:00 am. They only looked at saving penny's when they are losing dimes. USE TO ENJOY MY SHOPING NOW I CANT STAND IT. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET EDUCATED."

"Unfortunately I got the privilege of having Kim (in the Christmas cat sweater) as my clerk on 12/23/23 @ 8:30pm. As I put my produce and other groceries on her belt, she said in a gruff voice “you need to take your groceries out of the hand cart” we had a hard time understanding her because she had a mask on making her very muffled. She then began to slam my produce on the belt and was throwing potato’s on top of my squash, at this point I grabbed some of my produce out of her hand and said “what are you doing?!” She replied “I told you to take it out of the cart” I said “why are you throwing my produce around and damaging my goods?!” She replied “it’s just potato’s”. We paid and I said to Kim that she should take the day off next time instead of harassing the customer in which she screamed very loadly “Merry Christmas” and laughed loudly. I called Rachel the manager and she was very nice and said she would pull Kim to the side and have a talk with her. I appreciate Rachel and the rest of King Soopers staff, unfortunately one bad attitude and pure hatred for her job and the customer has overshadowed my experiences here."

"Ever since this location got rid of hand baskets a few months ago it has become much less accessible for shopping. It's always so crowded and there are never small carts available, so it's either be stuck in traffic jams with a full size cart or just load up your arms and hope there isnt a 20 minute line for the self checkout. The pharmacy and staff are outstanding, tho"
