"I've been a Best buy customer for 20 years now. Unfortunately, I don't feel like spending my money with them anymore since last time I was in the Longmont store. I went in to make a payment on my membership card and was carrying a small backpack at the time. I was refused entrance unless I left my bag at the front door, on the floor. The rude employee at the entrance lied and said that he would watch it. The moment I walked to a register, he walked away to help another customer and left my backpack unattended. He also had a bad attitude! He should be trained better or find another job, where he does not have to deal with customers. The young cashier was nicer, but did not know how to count back cash though. Best buy has declined way too much!!"

"Would have given 5 stars but the lg washer dryer set I purchased and had delivered was not quite hooked up properly as the exhaust for the dryer has come loose and is blowing lint all over the place and keeps setting off my fire alarm in the house. Tried to talk to a real person about it and get someone out here to fix the installation mistakes, but I can’t get past the damn AI they got answering the phone. I very much wish the salesman had suggested that I get the appliance rollers so I could just do it myself but this stacked unit is simply too heavy for me to move myself. Don’t get me wrong, the washer dryer unit is working great and I do like it a lot. It’s just this installation issue that I need fixed."

"I ordered an item that Best Buy did not have in stock. I was told that I could pick the item up in 7 days at the store. I paid for the item along with shipping. I went to the store to pick up the item and was told that it was shipped to my residence. Unfortunately they messed up the address. I was then told that I would need to rectify the situation even though it was clearly a clerical error on the staff. I asked for them to assist by just simply getting me the item any way they’d felt necessary. They were not willing to assist and made it clear that it was my problem to handle."

"I've been trying for years to capture the feelings I used to have at best buy when the store first opened. it once had a great staff, that were genuinely friendly and a selection of electronics that could probably be purchased online but the staff and the ability to try things out made it worth it. this is not the experience you will have now. the staff are clearly forced to talk to you and pretend to be friendly but it comes off confrontational and disgruntled. nobody who works there wants to be there so you probably shouldn't either. they are selling less and less high grade hardware and they feel like more of an oversized radio shack and they will likely suffer the same fate."

"Manager Sean at store #1079 doesn’t know the policies of Best Buy and just had a bad attitude. Every single thing I asked on a return here was wrong. Ended up on the phone with customer service for an hour getting an understanding of the policies (which he still didn’t admit he was wrong) and then during the refund itself, he couldn’t answer another question that I even gave the answer to. If he’s the quality of management at Best Buy, I won’t be shopping there. You can be arrogant or stupid, but you can’t be both."
