"we went to get wood cut today, the older blonde lady in lumber was extremely rude and brushed us off, told us 15 minute wait to get wood cut, came back 15 minutes later and she said we couldn’t get it cut and had no eta on when we could. asked another guy and he cut it for us right then, only leaving 2 stars because he was so nice."

"This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. All of the isle's are filled with junk and you can never find a person to help with anything. The store is really dirty. I wondered around today and found that most of the carts/dollies we're being used by the store to hold stuff and there was one area that I would worry about someone being cut by the junk on the floor. I took pictures. We live in Longmont but usually go out to the Firestone Home Depot."
